Every week we collect samples of produce, herbs, maple syrup or honey, jams, jellies, and edible flowers from our vendors. Then we sauté some of the vegetables and herbs, mix it with brown rice or quinoa or another grain and we offer samples for our customers. Often we have fresh bread, some jelly or jam or edible flowers to add to the mix. We usually start cooking at around 2pm and serve samples at about 2:30.
